CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our client, a leader in the distribution and management of industrial equipment, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their Montreal office. Named one of Canada’s Top 50 employers due to their great benefits and employee retention programs. This position is required to provide overall customer service in order to maintain new and current business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- General Customer service and order management
- Answer incoming calls
- Process e-mails and fax requests
- Generate quotes and provide product information
- Set up new accounts
- Handle complaints
- Process returns and credits
Requirements:
- Must be Bilingual English and French
- At least 3 years experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
