We have established the following guidelines to ensure the quality of Marche Jaune Classifieds.

  • All the classified ads on our website are edited by the Marche Jaune editor in order to exclude ads that might violate the law or promote hateful groups or can, in other ways to be considered offending or distasteful. Marche Jaune reserves the right to refuse any such ad.
  • Marche Jaune does not authenticate ads, nor does it control the clients who want to place an ad.
  • Anyone wishing to place a classifieds ad must remember that Marche Jaune is not a service or forum to enable any fraudulent activity, including collecting payment from buyers and not providing the item or the service purchased.
  • Sellers and buyers are responsible for all aspects of the transactions in which they choose to participate. All transactions conducted must be legal.
  • Marche Jaune does not take part in transactions between the seller and the buyer. The seller and the buyer are solely responsible for the terms of sale and the exchange of goods.
  • Naturally, a written and signed sales contract is always safer than a verbal agreement. It is also advisable to ask for a receipt.

A few guidelines for sellers

All sellers must:

  • Provide accurate information. Your ad should not be misleading, but truthful in its content.
  • Have the rights to and possession of item. You may not offer any item for sale that is not in your possession, you do not have the right to sell, or that does not exist at the time of the ad.
